Priority Placement for Feist Participants
As part of this partnership, Feist participants receive priority consideration for available apartments.
Most apartment openings occur between April and August. Due to high demand for studio and one-bedroom apartments, individuals/families are encouraged to apply as early as possible. Completing an online application helps us plan for upcoming availability and allows us to contact families as units become open.
Individuals/families may also wish to consider shared occupancy in a two-bedroom apartment, which can offer cost savings and typically has greater availability than smaller units.
Apply for Priority Placement
Families who submit the below application will receive updates on anticipated availability and next steps as apartments open. Enrollment in the Feist Vocational Services program is subject to availability and determination of program fit. Applicants may apply for housing independently of participation in the Feist program.
