Requirements
An application must be completed for each individual (18+) who will live in the apartment. Limited to two persons over the age of two per bedroom.
Income verification: Two most recent pay stubs or tax returns, an employment offer letter, or W-2. Gross monthly income of 2.5x the monthly rent of the desired unit.
Housing verification: At least one year of positive housing history from non-family member/landlord.
A background/credit check: Prior convictions, violence, or damage may cause application to be denied.
Co-signer: If the above cannot be met by the applicant, have a co-signer fill out the application. Co-signer must meet the above application requirements.
Pet requirements: We allow up to two pets per apartment. If you have two dogs, each must be 25 lbs. or less. There is no weight restriction for one dog.
Vehicles and parking: There is one parking spot allocated per unit. Extra stalls are limited and not guaranteed.
Charges: The application fee is $25, you will be prompted to pay before the application is submitted.
Earnest Money Deposit: we charge one $200 earnest money deposit per apartment once your application is submitted. This amount is applied to a future security deposit if you are approved.
Instructions
Application must be completed in its entirety.
- Each individual that will be living in the apartment must complete an application.
- If a co-signer is needed, they must fill out the necessary information.
- Add vehicle and pet information if applicable.
Upload the following:
- Two most recent pay stubs, employment offer letter, or W-2 form.
- Government issued ID that is not expired.
